Regardless of the weather, when October hits, I’m ready to bake up some yummy fall treats! This Pumpkin Brownie Muffin recipe is a start to the Fall baking season because it’s only 2 ingredients and bakes up quick and easy.
My boys prefer mini muffins to the regular size, so we used our giant mini muffin pan and ended up with 42 perfectly pop-able muffins that didn’t last long.
